Your Right to Data Deletion
Nyza Studios respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with our services and would like to request the deletion of any personal data we may hold, you can do so by following the instructions below.
What Data We May Have
Depending on how you've interacted with Nyza Studios, we may hold:
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
- Public interactions with our Facebook or Instagram pages
- Website analytics data (anonymized)
Note: We do not collect or store personal data from Facebook or Instagram users beyond what is publicly available through normal social media interactions.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to nyzacreations@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your interactions
- Describe which data you would like deleted (or request deletion of all data)
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
Send Your Request
Facebook Data
If you wish to remove data related to your Facebook interactions with Nyza Studios:
- You can remove our app's access to your data through your Facebook App Settings
- Alternatively, send us a data deletion request as described above
- For data managed directly by Facebook, please refer to Facebook's data deletion options
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. In some cases, we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will inform you if any such exceptions apply to your request.
